Park Seleger Moor
The Park Seleger Moor is a wildly romantic park landscape covering an area of around 14 football pitches. It houses the most extensive collection of rhododendrons and azaleas in Switzerland.
In spring, countless rhododendrons and azaleas transform the park into a sea of flowers and the "skunk cabbage" shines along the watercourses. The founder of the park, Robert Seleger, bred many of the varieties that grow in the moorland himself.
The water lilies in the ponds delight the eye well into late summer, while in autumn the warm light and the coloring of the leaves create a magical atmosphere.
Lake Türler
With the path around the lake and through the surrounding forests, the lake is a popular local recreation area. A lido and other beaches and jetties offer bathing opportunities. First and foremost, the landscape at the Türlersee is a diverse nature and landscape conservation area with natural banks, species-rich flat and hillside moors and dry meadows.
